SUPPORTING RESILIENCE AND TEAM SPIRIT
Despite facing the challenges of being in a wheelchair and living with cerebral palsy since childhood, Aleksa’s enthusiasm for marathons and physically demanding sports remains undiminished.
Together with Marko Gajić, a committed athlete and supporter, who was actively involved in pushing Aleksa’s wheelchair, they both represented not just the spirit of endurance and resilience, but also the community and teamwork that Delta Group Logistics values so highly.

A Christmas Without Cancer
In 2023, Delta Group Logistics donated to “A Christmas Without Cancer,” a charitable organization dedicated to providing financial assistance and support to families affected by cancer during the holiday season. Our contribution helps ensure that these families can enjoy a joyful and stress-free Christmas.
We are proud to have sponsored the first Irish Dance competition for Dillon Gavin in 2023. Our support helped promote cultural heritage and provided an opportunity for young dancers to showcase their talents in a supportive and competitive environment.
Jason Reinertsen, our Director of Business Development, went above and beyond in supporting Girl Scout Troop 280 by making a special donation for their Girl Scout Cookies campaign. This contribution aids in the development of leadership skills, community service, and personal growth for the young members of the troop.
Our dedicated employees proudly participated in the “Angels of the North” initiative, helping gather packages for Serbia’s first national kitchen for babies.
This humanitarian event aimed to provide essential items like diapers and baby food to children from disadvantaged families.
We are honored to contribute to this noble cause, reflecting our commitment to supporting our community and making a positive impact.

Delta provides the best health coverage available in Illinois and encourages employees to exercise, eat, be fit and well rested.
Our staff is trained in conjunction with CTPAT compliance for US customs Security Standards and undergoing local and federal background checks along with TSA training.
Delta is a gun and threat free work place.

We periodically have thorough reviews of policy implementation utilizing our people and technology to help ensure secure structure and safety culture for customers and suppliers and employees. Everyone that works for Delta is trained to reduce a waste footprint, use recycled materials, reduce waste producing daily operations as well as increasing energy efficiency. This includes preserving water, by setting targets on water consumption in general daily operations, and pursuing accountability as a paperless company.
